Cosmedical Copenhagen
What is the right branding strategy for a research based company which develops and manufactures exclusive anti-age cosmetic products? That was the question posed to us by Cosmedical Copenhagen when they asked us to design a new graphic identity for the company and develop a cosmetic jar to give the brand a sharp profile and stand out from their competitors on the shelves in the stores.
We solved this task with a graphic identity based on the classical values of the world of cosmetics with strong references to the medical world. The triangular glass jar is the company’s physical trade mark.
Quantum Health
We decided to use the significant starting letter of medical company Quantum Health's name as the base of their graphic identity program, so we designed a Q that would function both as supergraphics and as a small logo in connection with text and background images. The target of the design process has been to create an identity that signals both the medical seriousness and softer human values which form the basis of Quantum Health's activities.
Starting from the Q, we created a complete identity program consisting of logotype, name, letter paper, business card and a website basis layout.
Tone CPH identity and packaging
Lifestyle product manufacturer Tone CPH wanted a graphic identity which combined a retro feeling with a sense of affordable style. We have solved this with an identity program based on a tension between the controlled organic 50's style curves in Tone's large O, and the digital noise-like stripes that run along the packaging.
After finishing the design, we engineered the technical layout of the drawer-like packaging, located a suitable Chinese producer and took care of dialogue and quality control of the packaging.
Shoe Systems
Before Shoe System became Shoe System the company had one product – a space saving storage system for shoes – but neither a name nor a graphic identity.
In close co-operation with the company we have developed a name for the brand – Shoe System – and a family of shoe related product names; Tango, Salsa etc. The name identity is supported by a logo based on a stylized dancing step pattern.
The packaging design is held strictly in black and white to minimize the cost and to underline the minimalistic product design.
Komma Streg
Graphic identification program containing business card, letter head, logo and address label for the communication company Komma Streg. In the shaping of the name we have pursued a game of the implied and equivocal. The readers has to guess for themselves whether the starting letter is a c of k, while the last letters has to be found from the name of the company’s clear reference to the well known Danish children rhyme Punktum Punktum Komma Streg. People not familiar with this reference will be left behind: This is also the point. Communication between human beings are based on a shared group of references, without this meaningful conversation is not possible.
GEA Niro
A small graphic assignment, in which we created a number of proposals for a cover layout based on GEA Niro’s existing graphical identity, resulting in a finished printed and wrapped set of presentations folders.
