GPS documentation
We are capable of carrying out documentation material on different levels, from a traditional linear objective to a GPS objective. Add to this that we also do interface analysis, which form the basis of the GPS objective and subsequent tolerance chain calculations.
Recently GPS are used by a still increasing number of companies. GPS ensures that outsource, production quality control are communicated in a standard language using precise tolerance placements in technical drawings. Using these tools we can ensure that the customer get an unequivocal documentation material, which prevent negative surprises later in the production as well as constituting a contractual relationship with the subcontractor.

When a development process comes to an end, it is of great importance to deliver documentation which corresponds to the needs of the particular project in terms of tolerances and detailing specifications. This involves drawings of the finished parts and assembly drawings, but we also consider the documentation of discarded concepts and technical elements such as a strength analysis of high importance. We deliver the final documentation using industry standard software such as Pro/ENGINEER and SolidWorks and use specific standards such as GPS if this is required. The documentation is of a quality which can be forwarded directly to the subcontractor for manufacture, including the necessary tolerances and other agreed specifications.
